Born as the result of a community-wide tent revival, our church was formed in 1916. Neighbors joined together and chopped and picked cotton in order to raise enough money to build a small church on a lot donated by a couple of ladies. Ninety years later, we still worship on that lot – although a few other lots and buildings have been added to the originals.

Located four miles west of Dyersburg, the Finley United Pentecostal Church continues to shine the light of hope throughout west Tennessee.
